2008 Important Updates
Important 2008 Changes
For 2008, the venue will be moved
to the center of Tulsa near the Arkansas River! The run legs will be on
RiverParks west bank trails, while the Bike course will be on Riverside Drive
east of the river (flat and fast). The transition area will be at RiverParks Festival West Park.
Note: the 2008 Chris Brown Tulsa Du is a World Championship Short Course
Qualifier!
Distances: run 5km, bike 30km, run 5km.
USAT Membership or 1-Day Permit
This is to be a sanctioned USA Triathlon event. If you are
not a member, you must purchase a one day single event permit for $10.00.
Current members must present a USA Triathlon membership card. USA

Race Information and Course Description
The event will be timed using Champion Chip Timing
Equipment. The courses are flat, fast, and out & back style.
Awards and Divisions
Awards:
Awards are given for 1st, 2nd, & 3rd place
for the following male & female age groups.
Age Divisions: 16-19,
20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-over.
Teams:
Top 3 teams in each team division (for both 2 person category
and 3 person category) - male, female, and mixed.
Finisher medal for all
participants.
Awards ceremony will follow the race along with food,
music and race results.
