THURSDAY EVENING RUN: 6pm start, from Rivertrails at 41st and Riverside. Get your run on then join the gang for dinner and fun. Route/distance/pace varies and is determined by the group prior to each run.

SUNDAY MORNING DOUBLESHOT RUN/RIDE: You'll usually find plenty of your fellow triathletes starting/ending their Sunday morning workout from DoubleShot Coffee Co. Some run. Others bike. Look for Facebook posts and/or organized events on our club Facebook page. If you don't see a group ride/run post, create one yourself! Include recommended route, pace and road or trail.
